Privacy Policy

Older account data: email, optional full name, language preference and account creation time for people who registered before HustleKit became free. New visitors can use the tools without registering.

Earlier billing data: Stripe customer ID, subscription status and plan for historical purchases. Payment card details remain with Stripe, not HustleKit.

AI usage: when you ask for ad copy or content, the product details you type are sent to our AI providers to make a draft. We do not require an account or save new anonymous prompts to a member profile. Older account-based generation history may remain on those accounts.

Technical data: the Meta Pixel records page views, and Vercel receives standard request logs. To limit anonymous AI use, we store a daily count keyed by a secret-hashed IP address rather than the raw address.

Please do not enter sensitive personal information into the AI tools. HustleKit is intended for adults and is not directed to children.

We do not sell your personal data or run session replay. The Meta Pixel is present across the site, including the free tools, for page-view measurement.

We use the following vendors to run the Service. They process your data only as needed to provide their function:

• Supabase — database hosting, older account authentication and anonymous usage limits
• Stripe — historical payment and subscription management
• Vercel — application hosting, server-side logs
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Google Gemini — AI text generation (your prompts are sent to Google to produce ad copy / content outputs)
• MiniMax — fallback AI text generation when the primary provider is unavailable
• Meta — page-view measurement through the Meta Pixel
• EchoTik — TikTok Shop data provider; we send product IDs, no user data

Existing account holders may have Supabase authentication cookies. The Meta Pixel may set or read cookies on public and tool pages. You do not need an authentication cookie to use the free tools.

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active plus 90 days after deletion, unless we're required to keep it longer for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons (billing records are retained for 7 years under Australian tax law).

Anonymous AI rate-limit counts are deleted after 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict certain processing

To exercise any of these rights, email team@dazsidhu.business. We respond within 30 days.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (via Supabase and Stripe's infrastructure). Row-level security policies restrict access to your data. Passwords are hashed — never stored in plaintext. No system is 100% secure — if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by law.

HustleKit is operated from Australia. Our vendors (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Google) are based in the United States and other regions. By using HustleKit, you consent to your data being processed in those locations under standard contractual clauses.

HustleKit is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we've collected data from a child under 13, we'll delete it.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be emailed to you and posted here at least 14 days before taking effect.
