Refund Policy
Short version: 3-day free trial with no charge. After that, cancel anytime and you won't be billed again. Refunds on charges already made are handled case-by-case under the rules below.
1. Free Trial
New accounts get a 3-day free trial of the full Service. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay $0 and lose access at the end of the trial period.
2. Subscription Billing
When the trial ends, the payment method you entered at signup is automatically charged for the plan you selected:
- Monthly: US$29 billed every 30 days
- Yearly: US$197 billed every 365 days
Your subscription renews automatically on the same cadence until you cancel.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account settings page (“Manage” button next to your subscription status) or by emailing team@dazsidhu.business.
Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to HustleKit until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. No cancellation fee. No forms to fill in.
4. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in these specific cases:
- First-time charge within 7 days — If you were charged for your first paid month (after trial) and realize HustleKit isn't for you within 7 days of that charge, email us and we'll refund it in full.
- Annual plan— If you purchased an annual plan and request a refund within 14 days of the charge, we'll refund the full amount. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the year, but you can cancel auto-renewal at any time.
- Duplicate or accidental charges — If you were double-charged or charged in error, we'll refund the duplicate charge as soon as we verify it, regardless of when it happened.
- Major service outages — If HustleKit is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours in a billing period and you are actively using the Service, we'll pro-rate a credit or refund on request.
5. What We Don't Refund
- Monthly subscription charges after the first 7-day window, for months already consumed
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., scraping, resale, fraud)
- Chargeback disputes filed without first contacting us — we'll contest them and may suspend the account
6. How to Request a Refund
Email team@dazsidhu.business with the email address on your HustleKit account and a short note about the reason. Please don't file a chargeback before contacting us — we'll resolve it faster directly.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 days to appear on your statement.
8. Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. If you are a consumer under Australian Consumer Law or an equivalent law in your jurisdiction, you retain those rights regardless of what this policy says.
