Terms of Service

HustleKit is a software-as-a-service product that helps users research trending TikTok Shop products, view winning ad creatives, generate AI-written marketing copy, and access weekly curated product drops. The Service provides data and tools — not business outcomes.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for your login credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

HustleKit is offered on a paid subscription basis at US$29/month or US$197/year. New accounts start with a 3-day free trial. After the trial ends, your payment method is charged automatically for the plan you selected and renews on the same cadence until you cancel.

Pricing may change with at least 30 days' notice. Cancellation and refund details are covered in the Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or republish HustleKit data in bulk
• Scrape the Service, reverse-engineer it, or attempt to bypass authentication or rate limits
• Use the Service for anything illegal, including infringing intellectual property, defrauding customers, or violating TikTok or other platforms' terms
• Share your account credentials with multiple people or organizations — one account, one operator

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

HustleKit aggregates and displays data from third-party sources including TikTok Shop (via the EchoTik API), Stripe (for payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Google Gemini (AI text generation), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). We do our best to keep this data current and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it. Always verify product information, pricing, and availability on the source platform before acting on it.

Ad creative suggestions, product scores, and trend analysis are informational. They are not financial or business advice.

Ad copy, captions, reel scripts, and other text generated by HustleKit's AI tools are produced by large language models. Outputs can be wrong, awkward, or unsuitable for your use case. Review and edit AI-generated content before publishing. You are solely responsible for what you post under your name or brand.

The HustleKit platform, branding, UI, and codebase are owned by SOBR PTY LTD. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own business.

Content you generate using HustleKit's AI tools (ad copy, captions, etc.) is yours to use and own — we claim no copyright over AI-generated output.

HustleKit does not guarantee revenue, profit, or results of any kind. We do not guarantee that any product you find using the Service will sell, that any ad we help you write will perform, or that TikTok Shop or AliExpress listings we link to will remain available. Outcomes depend on your execution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOBR PTY LTD's total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost- profit damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll notify you by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your settings page. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or create risk for the Service or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Queensland, Australia, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to a different forum.
